1. Scope of Processed Data

We process the following personal data:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Address/Registered office

Purpose of Processing

We process this data for the following purposes:

  • To conclude and fulfill the purchase agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation),

  • To comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation),

  • To protect the legitimate interests of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation), particularly for contract record keeping and protection of legal claims.

3. Retention Period

Personal data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the contract and for an additional 10 years unless a different legal regulation requires a longer period.

4. Commercial Communications

We may send commercial communications to the customer's email address or phone number according to Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., unless the customer objects. Unsubscription is possible at any time, for example by clicking the link in the email or by contacting the controller.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring the functionality of the website,

  • Measuring website traffic,

  • Analyzing user behavior.

These cookies may be considered personal data. We process them based on:

  • Legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation) – only when consent is not required,

Personal data is processed by the controller and its contractual processors. The controller does not have a designated data protection officer.

According to the Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Request information on what personal data we process,

  • Request access to the data and its correction or deletion,

  • Object to the processing,

  • Request restriction of processing,

  • Request data portability,

  • Withdraw consent to receive commercial communications,

  • File a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection,

  • Seek judicial protection if you believe your rights have been violated.
